Refund Policy

1. Custom Engineering Services

Because PRISM PR INC provides bespoke public relations campaigns tailored specifically to your enterprise, our work requires significant upfront strategy allocation, narrative planning, and executive hours. Therefore, payments made for campaign phases or retainers are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Milestone Payments

Our campaigns are billed in defined milestones (e.g., Discovery & Narrative Strategy, Media Outreach, Campaign Execution). If you choose to terminate a campaign before the completion of a milestone, you will be billed for the strategy hours logged up to the date of termination. If your initial deposit exceeds the value of the hours logged, the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days.

3. Retainers and SLAs

Monthly strategic retainers and media monitoring agreements are billed at the beginning of the service month. These payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice, and you will not be billed for subsequent months following the notice period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We pride ourselves on strategic excellence. If a delivered media strategy fundamentally fails to meet the objectives explicitly outlined and agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW), and PRISM PR INC is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund or credit may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., wire transfer, ACH, or credit card) within 14-30 business days. Please contact our billing department at billing@prismprhq.com for any payment-related disputes.
